Dunstan has been a practicing attorney for 38 years, with 25 years specializing in Employment Law. He began his legal journey serving articles with Deneys Reitz Attorneys, later joining Shepstone and Wylie in their Employment Law department. Before his tenure at Shepstone and Wylie, Dunstan pursued a master’s degree at the University of Edinburgh in the 1980s, where he also led Amnesty International’s Edinburgh branch. In March 2003, Dunstan founded Farrell and Associates, a boutique Employment and Labour Law firm. Due to the firm’s success and solid client base, it has recently incorporated and is now operating as Farrell Inc. Attorneys. With his extensive experience in advising, consulting, and representing national and provincial employers across all forms of Employment Law and Litigation, Dunstan has positioned Farrell Inc. Attorneys as a leading firm in this field nationwide.

Bonga holds an LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Pietermaritzburg) and has been practising as an admitted legal practitioner for almost five years. He completed his professional training as a candidate legal practitioner at Derik Jaftha Attorneys in Durban. Bonga has already obtained his right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal, and the Constitutional Court, and has personally appeared in both the High Court and Labour Court. Passionate about Employment Law, Bonga aspires to become one of the leading specialists in the field. He joined Farrell Inc. Attorneys as an associate, quickly advancing to senior associate, and not long after, became a partner—demonstrating both his intellect and unwavering dedication to the firm. Fezeka holds a BA degree, majoring in Legal Theory and Politics and International Studies, as well as a postgraduate LLB, both from Rhodes University. With a solid academic background, she has developed a successful career as a legal practitioner, specializing in employment and labour law.
Fezeka has vast experience appearing at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA) and various bargaining councils, where she has successfully handled a broad range of employment and labour disputes. She is experienced in interdicting unlawful strike action at the Labour Court, safeguarding her clients’ interests in challenging circumstances.
In addition to her litigation and advisory work, Fezeka is skilled in presenting and conducting employment-related training seminars. She is also highly experienced in conducting confidential investigations and preparing detailed reports in response to anonymous employee complaints or grievances.
Fezeka’s comprehensive expertise in employment law, combined with her practical experience across multiple sectors, makes her a trusted advisor and litigator. Her dedication to delivering strategic, effective legal solutions ensures that her clients’ needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Candice is a hybrid attorney specializing in civil, commercial, and labour law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Physiology, and Biochemistry from Stellenbosch University, which she obtained in 2014. Driven by her passion for genetics, Candice spent seven years working as a Geneticist at a respected medical laboratory. In a pursuit to expand her professional horizons, Candice decided to study law part-time while continuing her career in genetics, ultimately earning her LLB (cum laude) from UNISA in 2021.
Candice completed her Articles of Clerkship at a well-established law firm in Umhlanga, where she gained exposure to various areas of law, including being mentored by a seasoned labour law expert. Her experience during her Articles ignited a strong interest in labour and employment law, prompting her to specialize in this field.

Sithoko obtained her LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has completed her Practical Legal Training. She has successfully written and passed all her Admission exams, marking the beginning of what promises to be a distinguished legal career. Sithoko is known for her exceptional punctuality and strong work ethic, taking pride in being reliable and committed to her professional responsibilities.
